Rosie is a multi award-winning cake artist and is a regular face on TV and Radio. She has starred in Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers. Her most recent awe-inspiring and monumental creation was her gigantic 6ft, 30 stone cake of Santa hugging a nurse – a tribute to thank the NHS staff for Covid-19 heroism!
