£38 per session/ individual. You must be 16 years of age to take part in this workshop.
Master basic chocolate making techniques/skills whilst creating 12 Belgian chocolates
You will learn how to

- Pipe ganache

Open to children over 11 years who are capable of working alone.

Learn to master basic chocolate skill including –
- Design planning
- Use of white & red chocolate
- Decorating, use of lines and sprinkles
- Gift wrapping to include a bow for hanging
