Chocolate Tempering

 

Discover how simple it can be to temper chocolate using the PME melting pot

You will learn how to

  • Temper chocolate 
  • Use transfer sheets to make chocolate buttons, using tempered chocolate

60 minute workshops taking place at:

Friday 31st October 10.30am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 2.45pm
Saturday 1st November 10.30am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 2.45pm

£38 per session/ individual. You must be 16 years of age to take part in this workshop.

Belgian Chocolate Making

Master basic chocolate making techniques/skills whilst creating 12 Belgian chocolates 

You will learn how to

  • Use transfer sheets
  • Stencils 
  • Pipe ganache

40 minute workshops taking place at:

Friday 31st October 10.30am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 2.45pm
Saturday 1st November 10.30am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 2.45pm

£26 per session/ individual.

Open to children over 11 years who are capable of working alone.

Children’s Workshop


 

Three Chocolate Decorations for hanging on the Christmas Tree 

Learn to master basic chocolate skill including – 

  • Design planning
  • Use of white & red chocolate
  • Decorating, use of lines and sprinkles
  • Gift wrapping to include a bow for hanging 

Drop in workshops running all day on Sunday only.  No advance booking required 

£8 per session/ individual.

Open to children over 8 years of age.
