Demonstration Theatres

There will be two Demonstration Theatres hosting some of the greatest international and UK sugarcrafting, cake decorating and baking talents demonstrating their inspirational skills. Demonstrators include:
  • Paul Bradford Sugarcraft showcasing his Chocolate Wrap
  • Confection Perfection demonstrating her ‘shopaholic cupcakes’
  • Stephanie Weightman sharing her inspirational cake decorating and painting techniques.

Book your Demonstrations

The following Demonstration Tickets for Cake International can be booked online. You will need a show ticket to Cake International to be able to take part in the Demonstrations. Scroll down to see the full list available but please make sure, when booking, that demonstrations do not clash with each other. Demonstrations last 45 minutes and it is important to arrive at the correct Demonstration Theatre 10 minutes before the start.
Please note:
Any children attending the Demonstrations must purchase a ticket, and be seated during the demonstration. Buggies etc are not allowed into the Demonstration Theatre.

Cake demonstration tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable, so do make your choices carefully ensuring that times don't overlap so that you are able to get to each one in time.

Demonstrations are only bookable online.

Tickets for the demonstrations are no longer unavailable to book in advance, please visit the demonstration area at the show to check availability and to purchase any remaining tickets.
